From an internal fintech experiment to an enterprise operations backbone.

SPRING 2024

The Initial Prototype

Frustrated by fragile RPA scripts and hallucinating chat agents, our founders built an internal transaction reverser at a major payment platform. The first prototype resolved invoice exceptions in NetSuite with cryptographic signoffs.

WINTER 2024

Synthora Incorporates in SF

Synthora was officially incorporated in San Francisco, securing $6M in seed financing led by Index Ventures. The platform launched its first beta with 12 enterprise pilot customers.

AUTUMN 2025

Series A & 10M Agent Runs

Closed a $22M Series A round led by Sequoia Capital. Surpassed 10 million automated runs while achieving an unprecedented zero-policy-violation safety record across our entire customer cohort.
